ORDERING INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ORDERS:

Orders will be accepted by fax, phone or mail.  Orders may be confirmed but should be marked "Confirmation order, do not duplicate ".  Please include the name and delivery address, invoice address (if different from delivery address), telephone and user contact number, purchase order number, product code and quantity required.

PRICE AND V.A.T

All prices are quoted £ sterling, exclude V.A.T and carriage.  A pre-paid carriage will be added to the invoice unless otherwise agreed.  While every effort will be made to give reasonable notice of price changes, Microimmune reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

SAFETY:

All Microimmune products are intended to be used by trained professionals.  The safe handling and disposal of the products is the responsibility of the user. 

RETURNS: 

No returns can be accepted without prior approval by Microimmune Ltd.  Incorrectly ordered products may only be returned if they are returned in good condition and with unbroken seals.  Microimmune Ltd. must be notified within 10 days of receipt.  All shipping costs and a 25% handling fee will be paid by the customer.  Product must be returned within 10 days after return has been authorised. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of products in transit.  If damage occurs, Microimmune Ltd. must be notified immediately by telephone and in writing.  In such cases, the carriers' receipt must be signed as damaged and any packaging notes returned to Microimmune Ltd. for inspection.

For returns related to product performance, please contact Customer Services team for guidance.  Our liability will only extend to replacement of goods or refund.

ACCOUNTS:

All accounts are payable in £ sterling within 30 days of the invoice date.  For customers that do not have an account facility, payment must accompany the order. 

LIMITED WARRANTY:

Quotations are made and orders accepted by Microimmune Ltd. subject to these terms and conditions of sale. Microimmune warrants that its products will be of merchantable quality and will meet the specification indicated in the relevant product literature (product information sheet and data sheet).  However, the product's suitability must be determined by the purchaser or user .  All product performance is guaranteed to the expiration date of the product.Purchaser's exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to replacement of unused product with product meeting the specification.
